Meet The Team! 

Jacqueline has a PhD in nutritional biology with a minor in education from The University of California, Davis. Her research interests lie in creating and assessing innovative health and wellness curriculum and other educational tools for students of all ages. While Jacqueline currently serves as an adjunct professor for nutrition and health sciences departments at Diablo Valley College, she also has over 10 years of experience writing and publishing a variety of health and wellness curricula in collaboration with the California Department of Education, the UC CalFresh Nutrition Education Program, and UC Davis's Center for Nutrition in Schools. While she began as a chef educator for Cooking Round Contra Costa County , she is thrilled to be the owner and director of Cooking Round Contra Costa County & Cooking Round Santa Clara County.

Cooking Round the World is a nut-free program. We use no peanuts or tree nuts in any recipe.
